My Therapeutic Approach
my approach to therapy:

Therapy isn’t about being “fixed” or becoming perfect. It’s about recognizing and cultivating the strengths already within you, and honoring the parts that make you uniquely you.
I believe resilience lives in all of us, though life’s stressors can cloud our access to it. In therapy, my goal is to help you reconnect with a sense of calm, clarity, and self-trust. Together, we’ll explore and heal past wounds that impact your present, build insight and self-compassion, and strengthen your ability to navigate challenges. We’ll work on problem-solving, reshaping unhelpful thinking patterns, learning from mistakes with kindness, and setting meaningful goals—so you feel empowered throughout the process.
If you enter therapy open to growth rather than avoidance, our work can be deeply transformative. This is your time and your space, and I’m honored to walk alongside you.
Do work that matters. Vale la pena. – Gloria Anzaldúa
